Microex Cast

MDO is a cutting-edge optional module designed to improve mono and coextruded barrier film properties, optimize films, and save resources. Available with our MICROEX Lines, it can enhance tensile strength and stiffness, improve shrink properties, and increase gloss and transparency. This inline module can be also bypassed by directing the film directly to the winder.

EYESLAB is a visual quality inspection system offered by Syncro Group that detects and categorises all types of defects. This system guaratees a precision scanning across the full width of the material (up to 200 mm) and it is equipped with line scan cameras with a resolution of 4096 pixels. EyesLab detects defects as small as 50 μm, ensuring meticulous inspection at a remarkable scan resolution of 25 μm. Operating at a maximum speed of 10 metres per minute, it integrates seamlessly into workflows for increased productivity and accuracy.
